She was so helpful as we were booking your service, particularly when we struggled to piece together a lift on our final day's walk. It was wonderful to arrive at our B & B's to find our luggage safely stored in our room. Your company offers excellent customer service and attention to detail which made us feel really cared about. Just to let you know that everything went very smoothly with our luggage. So much so that after a couple of days we forgot about it completely! It was one less thing to worry about. Just to say a hugh thank you for an excellant service, after carrying our bags on the first day and finding it tough, we contacted you and at short notice you were able to arrange the transfer of our bags. Our holiday was much more enjoyable without our heavy bags, made the hills easier too!We sang your praises to everyone we met along the way! 'We have always wanted to repeat the holidays of our youth by walking the South West Cornish path (from Bude to Padstowe) but had worried about the load to carry. Now retired, what had seemed nothing all those years ago was now a concern. We then discovered Luggage Transfers. Simply an email away we had our bags collected and delivered from and to each of our detinations, always on time and waiting for us as we arrived. Sue just to thank you and the guys who did the actual transporting for so efficiently carrying our bags between places on our walk from Ilfracombe to Clovelly last month. Only carrying a daysack each day made such a difference. This is the first year we have not carried our larger bags on at least several days and it made the walking so much more enjoyable - especially the severe sections. best wishes
