Cycle the West Kernow Way – Explore the best of West Cornwall

The West Kernow Way cycle route is a figure of eight route starting in Penzance, heading west via Land’s End before heading South towards the Lizard Peninsula. The route then heads to the North Cornish Coast before heading back South for the final stretch finishing in Marazion, the home of the Famous St Michaels Mount.

This route can be done on a standard mountain or hybrid bike.  We’re also seeing an increase in E-bikes on this route, making it more accessible to families and those new to long distance cycling.

Cycling UK produce an excellent guide for the route which can be purchased or downloaded for free.  There’s also a Facebook group to share tips for the route.

If you’re looking for other cycle routes in the South West, we also provide transfers on the Devon Coast to Coast.
