Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before 7.00pm on the day prior to the transfer taking place, you will be refunded minus an administration fee of £2 per transfer, up to a maximum of £10 per booking in most circumstances. If cancelled after 7.00pm or on the day, no refund will be provided. Please see our T&Cs for further information.
