What happens if I have to cancel my walk before using all my transfers?
Contact the office as soon as you can. Our usual cancellation terms apply to all unused transfers, meaning, any transfers cancelled before 7.00pm on the day prior to the transfer taking place will be refunded minus an administration fee of £2 per transfer, up to a maximum of £10 per booking in most circumstances.
