When can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking for a refund at any point up until 7.00pm on the day prior to the transfer taking place. You will be refunded minus an administration fee of £2 per transfer, up to a maximum of £10 per booking in most circumstances. Please see our T&Cs for further information.
