Second walking trip that I have used this service. It is so efficient and easy to arrange. Office staff are friendly and helpful. So good just to carry a day rucksack and have everything at my destination when I arrive.

Great service. A long weekend walking and our luggage moved as if by magic, leaving us to enjoy the walking with day-packs. Also arranged a taxi back to our car at the end.

We have used Luggage Transfers since we first started walking the SWCP about 15 years ago. Always had a fantastic service. Now we’re two thirds of the way, we’re looking forward to booking with you for the next 7-8 years. Booking for 4 day trip only takes 10 mins. Definitely 5 star rating.

The bags were transferred promptly, and, would have rated as excellent apart from one day, and, one bag that went to a different place to us and the other bag. Luggage transfer were very good in resolving the situation, and, we were reunited with the bag after about 1 hour.

This is an excellent service. The website booking facility is very quick and easy to use. The actual bag transfer appears effortless and we have used the service previously.

Absolutely brilliant company and service. This is the second time we have used luggage transfers and both times the service has been excellent. This time we were staying at a couple of places not on their standard list but by providing all the relevant details and checking about drop off and pickup from the accommodation it all went as smoothly as every other drop off. Communication is always excellent and replies come quickly if needed. It makes planning and doing a walking holiday so much easier knowing that you don’t have to carry your luggage and that it is in safe and efficient hands!

Excellent service. Been using Luggage Transfers for years and it’s always a hassle-free efficient service. Have been walking the South West Coast Path every year for about 10 years for 5 days or so at a time. They take the hassle out of it and have been so reliable every time we’ve used them.

Your website is very clear and easy to manage. The online communication was quick , clear and friendly. The transfers has been done flawless.Only the taxi service (subcontractor) was not very good. Too late and an old taxidriver who didn’t kwow the shortest route.
