The service was really good, and value for money in my view. I wouldn’t do a walking holiday without Iuggage being transferred, it makes the walking a pleasure.

Rhiann and Sue in the office were very responsive. The whole thing had to be cancelled because of covid, then picked up again, but no problem. We never met any drivers but all bags were there when we got to our accommodation each night – that’s all that matters.

I used this company for the first time in September. With all the other failed holiday plans because of the pandemic this was a “last minute” option to do some walking in the South West. I was very impressed with the whole approach and the service was excellent. We even decided to add a further day to our break at short notice and Luggage Transfers were able to accommodate this too. I will not hesitate to use them in future.

Very reliable. Luggage delivered on time every day. They always rang ahead to inform the campsite that the luggage would be delivered at a certain time on that day, Courteous office staff who were pleasant and knowledgeable.

The company operated exceedingly well during a difficult time, communication was excellent and all transfers were correctly made. In addition a charge for a service we did not have to use was refunded without even having to make request.

We have used Luggage Transfers on five separate occasions whilst walking the South West Coast Path. They provide a very efficient and friendly service, are very helpful in sorting out any problems (of which there was only one and it was our fault, not theirs) and the fact that we always make lots of changes doesn’t phase them. I have no hesitation in recommending Luggage Transfers and will be using them again on our next leg.

We decided to use your services because I had just been suffering with shingles and thought it would not be wise to try to carry all our gear between B&B’s which we usually do.

I duly booked with you but somehow (I blame the shingles!!) I stated the month as October instead of September. Fortunately, our accommodation contacted you when the luggage was not collected as expected.

We were merrily walking the Pembrokeshire Coast path oblivious to my error. By the time Linda was able to speak to me (phone signals etc etc), the problem was all sorted and our luggage was already delivered when we got to our next B&B.

And all the onward transfers were sorted as well. What an excellent service! Thanks to all involved. We will certainly be using you services again.

Seemless – very simple setup – well integrated system (i.e. Hotels to select etc.) so difficult to make a mistake. Luggage always there. Great service!

We have been using Luggage Transfers for many years as we work our way round the SW Coastal Path. Helpful, friendly, reliable and efficient

From initial quote to final delivery everything was perfect. Used LT for a 9 day walk on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path in September. This involved 7 accommodation providers. On nearly every occasion bags collected just after 9 a.m. so arrived long before us. Would happily use LT again.

It was the second time I used this company, and both times everything was perfect, will recommend to anyone who needs this service.
