Bags were delivered before I arrived and they contacted me before collection.

The website was clear and it was easy to make the booking. We stayed at 6 different B&Bs/hotels and guest houses on the SWCP, moving on every day. There were no hitches and our bags were waiting for us every day when we arrived.

Second time I’ve used the service and I’ve not had any problems. Due to problems coming out of lockdown one of the hotels never reopened (without advising) and there were no hotels nearby – luggage transfer went out of their way to accommodate this and also queried something we may not have noticed. Incredibly helpful and friendly.

They were extremely responsive when we contacted them at the start by phone, full of ‘can do’ and good ideas on possible accommodation. Then on our journeys (on bikes) they were excellent at keeping us informed if the luggage was due to arrive a bit later than expected. In fact the luggage always arrived early enough for us. So the teams of people had been well trained and functioned very effectively and in a friendly manner.

Luggage Transfers were great – we used them for a 5 day walk along the SW coast path and they were really helpful during the booking process as well as for the trip itself. Highly recommended.

The service provided can’t be beaten. Every day the luggage is picked up on time and delivered in good time before we arrive at our destination. We have used Luggage Transfers a lot for various trips and can highly recommend them. Price good too!

A wonderful organisation. I wouldn’t have been able to walk the SWCoast Path without their help. The booking was easy and they efficiently moved my luggage from place to place for me as I am beyond the age of carrying all my stuff. This meant I just had my daypack with me as I walked and my big bag was always waiting for me when I arrived at my destination at the end of the day. Bliss!

Very efficient, very helpful. The service is easy to arrange and they reply to emails very fast. On one occasion when I had to change a transfer I had set up they were very helpful, the new arrangement went without a hitch and the refund was processed quickly and efficiently. All in all this is an excellent service which I plan to keep using on future trips.

Overpriced compared with website. So, check before you consider this trip rather than being trapped in their pricing. Otherwise, efficient service and reasonably ok customer care.

They did exactly what they said they would do at a very reasonable cost. Coped easily with the switch to dates and venues when the first lockdown made us reschedule our trip.

Bags all delivered no problems.

I couldn’t find any fault. Luggage transfers offered an excellent service. We found our bags at our destination points. Luggage transfers showed that they are a very reliable service. They also took it upon themselves to contact us to clarify things. This made our walk more enjoyable. There was a time when we had to change our accommodation and Luggage transfers took the change very well and it was hassle free.

Good service. We had to abort walking trip due to bad weather and only used LT transport for one night. Difficult to fully review.
