Haben diesen Sommer Luggage Transfers benützen wollen aber mussten wegen einem medizinischen Notfall stornieren. Luggage Transfers ist uns sehr kulant entgegengekommen, so dass wir die Ferien im Herbst nachholten und dabei wieder auf Luggage Transfers setzten. Funktionierte alles problemlos.

They were reliable, on time collecting our bags, and they were always at our next stop before we arrived.

They are friendly. The website is easy to deal with. They have never missed a pickup or drop off.

Great service. Collected and delivered the bags at every stop, in plenty of time and left the bags safely at the accommodation. Would recommend.

Everything was as arranged and price very reasonable

This service was perfect! They contacted our hosts, picked up our luggage and brought it to the next place we were staying. It was so great to be able to walk around without carrying all that! I would absolutely recommend them!

Brilliant, We’ve used Luggage Transfers twice now when walking the SWCP. We leave the cases by the door in the morning & they are waiting for us when we get to the next stop. They’ve arranged taxis for us too, which turned up on time & took us to the station or car ready to return home.

Knowing our luggage would arrive safely at our next destination enabled us to fully focus on the challenge of navigating the Saints Way. I would certainly use them for future walks & recommend them to anyone else walking a trail in the area.

The service is excellent. I’ve used them the whole way along the Southwest Coast Path. Any correspondence is quickly and efficiently dealt with. The quote/payment system is simple. Every one of our transfer movements worked exactly as planned….. and if/when we needed to change anything, again it was done with no fuss and effective implementation. They are all so friendly when you speak with them…….and overall they do a great job

Excellent service. Our bags were picked up and delivered exactly as planned. The office team also offered really useful advice about connections, ferries and taxi services at either end of our walk between Falmouth and Plymouth. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They accommodated a last minute change due to bad weather. This was much appreciated.

It has been the second time I made use of Luggage Transfers and I really have nothing to complain about. The online reservation, the communication through email and payment went very easy. Pick up and drop off as well as the communication with different accommodations and hosts went smoothy. Luggage Transfers is a very reliable service I can totally recommend.

Great service friendly people always on time

We planned to use luggage transfers for only a couple times during our SWCP walk but after carrying our 20lb packs on the first section (Minehead to Porlock) we decided to have them transferred from all our BnBs after that. They run an excellent and much needed service for path walkers. So easy to get a quote, replies are super quick, and prices reasonable! Our luggage was handled carefully and always where we needed it.Thank you to the organizers and the drivers for making our walk most enjoyable.
