Everything worked perfectly from booking, confirmation to on-site service. Never saw anyone but got a personal message at the last hotel stop. We also thought it was a very good price for the transport service. Thank you for making our hiking in Cornwall so easy.

The service was smooth and very organised.

Used the firm annually for many years now; always great customer service, good value and completely reliable. Takes all the heft out of hiking along the South-West and Pembrokeshire coastal paths!

Luggage was collected and delivered in good time. The service is quite expensive, about twice the cost of Packhorse or Sherpavan on the C2C in the north of England so I expected a very good service. My only slight disappointment was that, despite having paid top whack, I was expected to take my case to my room. Perhaps could look into that. Otherwise fine.

Wir haben nun schon das dritte Jahr in Folge – anl. unserer Küstenwanderung(en) – das Service von LT in Anspruch genommen. Unser Gepäck wurde stets pünktlich und immer am richtigen Ort geliefert.

Bei der einen oder anderen Gelegenheit trafen wir auch einen der Fahrer und immer ergab sich ein kurzes und freundliches Gespräch.

Auch bei der nächsten Küstenwanderung (in Südwestengland) werden wir uns für LT entscheiden und können dieses Unternehmen wirklich empfehlen.

The best service I have ever had! Sue and her team take the stress out of luggage transfers, every morning without fail our bags would get collected whilst we walked the costal path and when we arrived at our new destination our bags were always there waiting for us. The staff were so friendly and kind and our bags were always well looked after. Would highly recommend this service and I will be using it again next year!
