Last day of our walk today and our luggage has been transported perfectly each day. We have been really pleased with your service and in particular your help when our B and B had been double booked. Thank you and all staff who made our walking holiday so enjoyable. We will be back next year to continue.

Your website is very clear and easy to manage. The online communication was quick , clear and friendly. The transfers has been done flawless.Only the taxi service (subcontractor) was not very good. Too late and an old taxidriver who didn’t kwow the shortest route.

An excellent service. Luggage was collected and transferred as requested even though it was booked many years in advance. It definitely made my walking experience easier and worry free. I’ll be using the service again.

Excellent, reliable service. All queries were handled quickly and efficiently prior to and during our trip, and most importantly our luggage was at the hotel when we arrived! Very happy with the service!

The bags always arrived where they were meant to and collected with no issues. We needed to make amendments on a couple of occasions and this was arranged with minimum fuss.

Communication is very important and I have always been able to get through to them. They work hard to make all transfers go smoothly. When there has been a glitch they persist until it is resolved.

All transfers were made efficiently, collections and deliveries were timely. However, Luggage Transfers may wish to know, I booked one transfer from Galleon Inn Starcross (accommodation I had taken from Luggage Transfers website as I have with all my accommodation). This accommodation hads beren told by Luggage Transfers driver that he would pick up before 9.45 but the accommodation had neglected to inform him that they would have no-one on site until 11.00am. It was left to me to meet the driver with my luggage (fortunately he was collecting 40 mins before the first ferry left so no actual problem was caused and the driver was efficient and friendly). I have booked all my accommodation each year from Luggage Transfers website and all have been satisfactory asnd sometimes exceptional (e.g. Southcombe Guest House at Sidmouth) but Galleon Inn Starcross was the poorest value for money of any overnight accommodation I have ever stayed. Thids is not Luggage Transfers fault, the choice to stay there was mine, but Luggage Transfers may wish to know when considering who to put on their listings. This property served no food breakfast or evening, rooms were dingy, the smallest TV I have seen which couldn’t even show a complete picture and yet charged more for an overnight room only stay than I paid for Bed and Breakfast at any other venue that week.

Bag was in every stay when I arrived. Easy to arrange the route I was taking on the website: all my stays were listed

They contacted both myself and the venue on the first day to check all was well and confirm delivery/pickup

We had a last-minute change of B&B (one of them shut down due to Covid) and Luggage Transfer easily made the adjustment

I have used Luggage Transfers many times and they are brilliant. Not once have I been let down. They are efficient and friendly and it’s really good to know my luggage will be at my next stopover after a hard day’s walking. Can’t recommend them enough.

Luggage Transfers provide a great service – I cannot fault them! On our most recent use of them (our 3rd time), they were unable to deliver our bag because the host wasn’t it but they kept us fully informed. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Thanks for the excellent service!

This is the third time that we have used Luggage Transfer. We have never experienced any issues and the bags were always delivered on time and at the appropriate location. We will certainly use their services again and would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

You picked up and delivered our luggage faultlessly. However, it was quite expensive compared to our West Highland Way luggage transfer.

Luggage Transfers were reliable, helpful and responsive. They always got our bags to the destination on time, were happy to give advice before we booked and all the staff we had contact with were lovely, friendly and helpful.

They did what we expected, smoothly and efficiently.

Everything worked perfectly, everyone was helpful. Including a late amendment when we got one date wrong in our original booking. Plan to continue with the South West Coast Path next spring and intend to use Luggage Transfers again. Would certainly recommend to others.
