To words: Pragmatic and excellent service.

Because of an unexpected event we had to book the luggage transfer on a rather short notice (two days before). There were zero issues: I made the inquiry through the online form and got all the details handled through the phone — including letting me pay online with a link you sent. THIS IS AMAZING. I did everything on a bus trip on my phone and I am not even from the UK!

I really want to give the highest possible praise to you (and esp. Sue who handled the contact).

We couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone on the telephone was friendly and helpful, and our bags always arrived at our destination well before we did. The driver even left a thank you note on the last day.

Great service- our luggage was always there when we arrived at our next location and was always picked up safely and securely.

The service was easy to order online. My luggage, 2 bags each weighing 24kgs were delivered on time and to the correct locations. I found the staff very helpful and was kept informed daily of any issues and the progress of the deliveries. I would recommend using this service again.

I have used Luggage Transfers 3 times now to transport my luggage while walking the South West Coast Path and their performance has always been excellent. There has never been any problem with the delivery of my bag, which has always arrived safely and on time. The drivers I have met have always been very polite and friendly – indeed, on my recent trip I received a very polite and apologetic note from one of the drivers asking if it would be alright if he collected my bag the next day at 0915 – given that LT specify that luggage should be ready for collection by 0900, there was no need at all for him to ask or to apologise, but it was very considerate of him to do so. I was also very impressed that an email I sent out of office hours was responded to almost immediately by telephone.

All in all, an excellent service and one which I would certainly recommend to others – a major contributing factor to another great walking holiday.

A simple, reliable service, easily arranged. Our bags awaited us each night and there was no confusion as to where they were going.

It all appeared to be well organised and the 3 transfers we had booked went seamlessly. They were just a little slow to confirm they had received my payment though, hence 4 stars instead of 5.
