Sue and her team were effiecient, extremely well organised, easy to communicate with and every transfer over our 3 amazing hiking weeks was on schedule. The drivers even call each hotel in advance and because of this extra service they saved us from a hotel disaster as I had given them a wrong name and address which was easily corrected but might not have been noticed in time for us to not walk into the wrong hotel if it weren’t for them calling in advance. Thank you so much for a perfect addition to our walking holiday.

As with previous years we used Luggage transfers to support us as we walked a section of the South West coast path and as in previous years the service that we received was brilliant, efficient, unobtrusive and timely.

Completely reliable service. My luggage was picked up and transported without any problems. The first thing I would look for at each day’s accommodation was my luggage – and it was always there. They also arranged a late change, due to a last minute alteration in my arrangements. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone walking the South West Coast Path, particularly if it is your first set of stages – no need to worry about taking any ‘extras’ with you, and you can enjoy your walk, without carrying a heavy pack.

Did what they said they would do

Easy to use, ready availability, helpful staff.

They let me know exactly what was happening with the location I was staying at and made other arrangements with me when my accomodation wasnt willing to work with them. They were right on time to pickup and my luggage was there when I arrived.

We were greeted at every destination by our luggage which was the intention so I gave to say the service was faultless. Other companies require you to fill in your next destination on the luggage label do it was welcoming to be free of that task.

Having had a number of exchanges with the staff at Luggage Transfers prior to our departure we felt confident that if there was a problem there were people available to resolve it. That gives you great peace of mind. Having no luggage at the end of a long days walk can colour the whole experience.

Well organised. Everything went like clockwork except one pickup when driver took one wrong bag from Combe Martin and caused problems for the day
