Excellent organisation from start to finish. Everything worked, well, like ‘clockwork’. I would definitely recommend this company. It took the ‘pain’ away from carrying heavier rucksacks. They even managed to do the final drop into my car, in the car park where we started, so perfect. Many thanks indeed to all staff.

I have been walking the South West Coast Path for the last five years (2 weeks each year), and have used Luggage Transfers every time. Not one hiccup! Excellent service and an excellent website.

I’ve used Luggage Transfers for years. Firstly while walking the whole of the South West Coast Path and now on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. They’ve never once let me down. Booking online is easy and I think the service is very good value for money, freeing you up to walk from one stop to the next, knowing that your luggage will be waiting for you. I think they’re fantastic!

We can only recommend to use Luggage Transfers when walking the South West Coastal Path. The service was excellent. We have done many multi-day walks in the past, but luggage transfer was never that flawless and kind. Whereever we arrived the luggage was already there and even in our room. They found proactively solutions for tricky and remote places. We didn’t have to worry at all. Perfect!

I have used Luggage Transfers 5 years running now whilst walking the coast path with my daughters. They have been brilliant. Booking is easy, Sue is always incredibly helpful and the drivers she uses are always friendly, if you bump into them when they are picking up your bags before you start walking in the morning. Transferring your luggage also makes your walk much more enjoyable along tough stretches of the coast path.

They did exactly what they promised to do over many visits to the South West Coast path. Our luggage always arrived where it was meant to and in good time. The ofice staff and drivers were always extremely pleasant and helpful. I thought it was a terrific service they provided.

Would have liked some indication in the morning as to when the bags would be picked up. On the first day the luggage pick up arrived unexpectedly at 9:00am and none of us had finished packing

Have used LT many times walking the SWCP over the past 10 years. They have always delivered, both literally and metaphorically.

When I have had questions they have always been dealt with promptly.

When I have needed to change plans during a walk LT have reacted promptly (fortunately this has only happened once – needed to cut a multi-day walk short this April due to a dodgy knee).

In general the value for money is reasonable. I used to grumble about higher prices walking against the flow (towards Minehead) but have not noticed this recently – hopefully the surcharge has been abolished.

Everything worked perfectly. Our luggage was always at the new destination when we arrived. Contacting them and arranging the delivery to a specific bus stop at the end of our walk worked as well.

Used them 4 times so far whilst walking the SWCP. The service has been faultless each time & I will be using them again for the next leg.
