As experienced walkers we really appreciate this quality of this service. The bags moved literally effortlessly for us. The guy picking them up was very personable: chatty and informative. Luggage Transfers liaised with all our hosts who then told us when we needed to have our bags ready – magic!

Luggage Transfers was amazing and helped make my trip a success. I’d had a minor back injury a few months before my departure to hike the South West Coast Path for two weeks. By having Luggage Transfers bring my suitcase from town to town, I was able to hike with a small daypack. My suitcase was always waiting for me in my room when I got to the next town. NO PROBLEM

Overall this was a good experience, other than the fact that one transporter did not inform our hotel in Torquay what time they would be picking up our luggage. The hotel was getting a bit frantic, as they were going to close early afternoon that day, and would be closed the following day as well. We were on the trail, and did not find this out until after the fact. (so as far as we were concerned, all went well!)

On the other hand, our hotel booking changed unexpectedly, but with a phone call, and notes on luggage tags, our luggage arrived at our new hotel on time!

A good reliable company – this was my friend’s first use of a luggage company, and she was initially worried about reliability, damage and theft (!), – you have set her mind at ease for future travels. Thank you.
