Fabulous service, very reliable and great customer service. It was just like magic – the luggage just appeared at our next destination! I walked the Southwest coast path and they provided 58 transfers without a single hitch

Fantastic service! You trustingly leave your bags in the morning and they magically appear in the evening in the next place, very rarely seeing those who move the bags.

We have used them in 2021 to transfer four bags from St Ives to Falmouth (11 transfers) and never a problem. We also used them in 2019 and plan to again in 2022. Thank you.

The booking was easy – using pull down menu for the locations – and the bags ‘magically’ got transferred to the new address. So good not having to carry and we were confident the bags would be waiting for us upon our arrival.

Once we did meet the driver as we were at the start of their run and we had just finished breakfast!

Doing business with Luggage Transfers was easy and straight forward. However, one concern was at the start of our trip was whether the bags would be collected from the first accommodation. To improve matters, clearer instructions of how to label the bags (perhaps from a downloaded tag – to be completed by hand if necessary) would confirm to the user and the hotelier that the bags would be transferred. A minor issue really, as the service was excellent and I will use again.

Excellent service all round. We had an unusual pick up from an airbnb on our first day of walking and the guy that picked up our luggage rang and confirmed to reassure us that it was collected. Really pleased with the service overall, booking with the website was easy and not problems at all. would highly recommend.

I have used Luggage transfers a number of times on the SW coastal path. It is easy to book up the transfers and in the many transfers there have been absolutely no problems.The luggage has always been collected and has been waiting for us when we arrived at our accommodation. When you are booking up it is good to know that at least this part of the planning will go perfectly
