I have used Luggage Transfers many times over the past 12 years to enable me to walk further each day unencumbered by baggage. I am very happy with their service. This year I used them in May while walking the South West Coast Path (SWCP) in South Devon for three things:

1) Transferring my bags between overnight accommodation

2) Finding accommodation (also used the SWCP Association Guide for one night)

3) Arranging a taxi journey that was hard for me to reliably book myself

I booked the transfers, found accommodation and requested the taxi quote online. The website was easy to use and the booking process clear (I did the actual accommodation booking direct with the providers). Results:

1) The bag transfers were timely and reliable. The pricing was OK.

2) I liked the accommodation (two B&Bs, a pub and a hotel)

3) The taxi worked well.

In conclusion I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

We used Luggage Transfers on a recent week-long walking holiday on the SouthWest Coastal Path, and were very impressed with the service and organisation. Our bags were always there waiting for us at the end of each (sometimes long, windy and wet) day with our clean and dry clothes to change into! We’d originally arranged this holiday for 2020, but weren’t able to take it then because of lockdown, and our booking was honoured for use one year later, which was great!

Service worked seemlessly. Selection of hotels, guest houses etc was extensive. Cost was on the high side.

Very effecent and totally reliable. Walking Offa’s Dyke next year and wish LT did that.
