Excellent service all round and when we had to cancel the last part of our trip at short notice they were very helpful and refunded us promptly. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Very helpful. Picked up and delivered as planned. No problems, and when they had a small query about name on bag, driver phoned us to sort it out.

They are amazing. Very efficient and even able to organise a taxi for humans when you follow their link. Luggage was always there before us and very helpful with booking when I needed to make some amendments.

Utterly brilliant. We were uncertain about using this service as you always imagine that you will get to your destination and your bags aren’t there. We shouldn’t have worried. Everywhere we stayed knew them and rates their services very highly, as do we.

Excellent communication and very efficient pick up and drop off

Easy to book, and excellent communication throughout. Pick ups and drop offs worked seamlessly, including meeting us at the train station.

I had mistakenly booked our B&B in St Just for the wrong night, and before we had even arrived in the village Mike from luggage transfers had called around the other accommodation providers in the village and arranged an alternative. Going well above and beyond! Thank you.

Very helpful pre walk and very efficient in terms of actual service

We were met at our car ontime and handed over our bags. We could then start our walk and get to our first destination where our bags were waiting. Each day as we progressed our walk the bags were transferred. We had no worries and able to enjoy our walking. Well done.

Just a perfect experience. we booked a luggage transfer between Porthcothan, Newquay and Portreath plus a taxi transfer back from Portreath to Porthcothan for two people, two dogs and the luggage. Everything worked just perfect. Was our second time with luggage transfer and, again, a perfect service.

Awesome, seamless service…we did an 11 day trip and every day our luggage was collected and delivered without a hitch. Luggage Transfers clearly have a well oiled operation and would definitely recommend them
